Beyonce Diet: Maintaining Just the Right Curves
Beyonce Weight – 117 lbs
Beyonce Height – 5’7″
Known for helping her maintain those luscious curves, the Beyonce diet has helped the singer and actress stay in shape. With her natural beauty and the voice of an angel, Beyonce doesn’t need to do much in order to win over the hearts of millions. People envy her talents as well as her body, leading them to question what makes up the Beyonce diet.
It has been reported that the Beyonce diet for the movie Dream Girls was the Master Cleanse Diet. Beyonce supposedly shed 20 pounds in just two weeks utilizing the rules of this diet; however, she has said that people shouldn’t try it because of how unhealthy it probably is.

The Master Cleanse liquid diet made up the entirety of the Beyonce diet for her role in Dream Girls, dropping her down to an astonishing 117 pounds. Beyonce is 5’ 7”, making that weight rather low for her height. She has also reported that she gained the weight back after stopping the Master Cleanse Diet, also known as the Lemonade Diet or the Maple Syrup diet.
Not recommended by many medical professionals, the Master Cleanse Diet is a liquid diet for rapid weight loss and detox. The Beyonce diet, via Master Cleanse, included drinking eight to twelve glasses of the lemonade/maple syrup potion and a flush at the end of the day.
The rather strange concoction that one must drink during the Master Cleanse Beyonce Diet consists of pouring three quarts of water, a cup of lemon juice, a cup of maple syrup (pure), and a teaspoon of cayenne pepper. It doesn’t sound very appetizing, but apparently it works. It works for a short time only, but it does work.
The Beyonce diet with Master Cleanse also includes the flush, although she has not commented on it. The flush part of the diet is said to be rather unpleasant, as it removes waste from the colon. Many people choose not to do the flush portion of the Master Cleanse diet because of how close they need to stay to a toilet for the rest of the night. Some reported up to ten bowel movements within just 6 hours because of the cleanse, essentially expelling watery diarrhea. Does that sound like healthy weight loss to you?
It’s probably a good thing that the Beyonce diet does not include the Master Cleanse diet all the time. Her diet on a daily basis is far healthier and specially organized by her nutritionist.
She stays on a very strict diet that is specifically tailored to her needs. The Beyonce diet on a daily basis consists of granola or Special K for breakfast, a salad for lunch that has tomato, avocado, chicken breast and jalapeños on top, with oil and vinegar dressing, a 100 calorie snack, and fish with a side of vegetables for dinner.
The normal Beyonce diet also includes an intense workout routine. She has her own personal trainer, as many celebrities do, that keeps her active five days a week doing up to six mile runs, as well as doing one hundred squats, lunges and step-ups. She also lifts five pound weights to tone her arms without getting too defined.
The Beyonce diet requires a massive amount of effort on her part because of her natural tendency towards being curvaceous. The Master Cleanse Diet was a onetime deal that she doesn’t recommend for anyone because of potential health risks, but her daily routines are certainly healthy ones. The Beyonce diet may have included a fad diet one time for a movie role, but it probably won’t include one again anytime soon.
