1. Purchase a large container of a psyllium fiber supplement. Read the label to be sure you are buying psyllium not inulin. You can purchase this at almost any drug store. Be sure to get the sugar free.

2. To lose weight with fiber supplements you will need to drink a glass prior to each meal. We recommend starting with a glass before lunch and before dinner. Introducing to much fiber to fast can cause bloating and gas so build up. Drink the fiber supplement 20-30 minutes prior to your meal.
